About Me

Ever since I was little, I've always loved to help in the kitchen. Living with the greatest chef in the world - my father - I learned a lot. One thing that stuck though, were his "brownie bites"; little brownies baked in a mini cupcake tin with a Hershey's Kiss in the middle. However, it was not the baking of these magical bites of chocolaty goodness that got me, it was the seemingly perfect swirl of cream cheese frosting that he piped on top using a plastic bag and a star tip. To me, it was the most incredible thing he could of done to those little brownies. And the moment that he offered the bag to me to try and replicate it was the turning point of my life.

Little Jessy had to replicate the swirl, had to make it perfect, just like daddy's. If it wasn't just like his, it wouldn't taste as good. After a bit of practice, and a lot of brownie bites, I got it down. It was then that I decided to conquer the world, pastry bag in one hand, bowl of frosting in the other, and a supportive Poppa Bear standing right beside me.
